Please accept my late condolence as I've been out of town. It was with regret that I read of Rose's passing. Most of our contact was decades ago when we were all much younger. My mother, Bert Ballard, was the Scout leader for Rose's Mariner Troop #5, which also included my sister, Peggy. I was the troop mascot and still remember Rose well. She also attended a troop reunion in 2001 before Mom passed. I was able to locate a troop picture . If you would like a copy, just let me know by email. I would be glad to send it to you.

It's difficult losing a beloved family member. May your happy memories comfort you.......
