Lakeland – Helen Virginia Goehring, 92, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017, at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Lakeland. Helen was born April 19, 1925, in Nashville, Tennessee to Ruben and Velma Parden.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Levi Goehring, Tim Allen Goehring and Dan DeVan Goehring; daughter, Lynette Brosius; 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyman Levi Goehring and son, Stephen Lyman Goehring.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 1 p.m. followed by a celebration of life service at 2 p.m., on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Helen’s honor to: Patty’s House, 10637 Lithia Pinecrest Road, Lithia, FL 33567.
