William Serdynski

On Saturday, May 28, 2022, William Serdynski passed away at the age of 102. William was born on October 13,1919 in Alturas, Florida to Joseph and Rose Serdynski. He served in the US Navy during WW II and was co-owner of Hill and Serdynski Truck Stop in Lakeland for over 30 years. William was a very generous and hardworking man who enjoyed working in his citrus grove even into his 90s. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Marguerite "Midge" Serdynski. William is survived by sons, Joseph (and Elizabeth), David (and Robin), two granddaughters, Lyndsy and Loryn Serdynski, and great granddaughter, Alaya.

A viewing is scheduled at 10:00 am, at Lakeland Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at Lakeland Memorial Gardens on Monday, June 6, 2022.
