Ursula Valentin Telesco

LAKELAND -  Ursula Valentin Telesco, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Lakeland Regional Health. She was born in Breslau, Germany in 1927.  She came to America in 1953, and completed her high school education, after which she was accepted into the University of Connecticut's business school. She married her husband, Angelo Joseph on February 21, 1955, and had one son. She was last employed in Connecticut at Stamford Hospital and at Stamford Photo Engraving as a book keeper. The family moved to Lakeland, Florida in 1970 and lived there to this day. During her life, she greatly enjoyed gardening, playing tennis, sewing, woodworking, cooking, baking and was an avid reader.  She is survived by her loving husband, Angelo; son, Paul and daughter-in-law, Donna, as well as cousins living in Germany and Austria. She will be greatly missed until we can join her in a better place. There will be no public services.

