Sandra Sue Foster

Sandra Sue Foster (Cochran), 77, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Lakeland Hospice House surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Ralph Foster. Married on July 11, 1965, they shared 57 years together.

Born in Newark, Ohio to Robert Cochran and Inez Harman Watson. She was the oldest in a family of five siblings - Kathleen (Roy), Thomas (Victoria), Barbara (John) and Michelle (Lamar). She graduated from the Ohio State University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in Education. She was the Administrator at Christian Life Academy and later became a successful Realtor in Licking County.

She was a member of Christian Life Center in Newark, Ohio and later First United Pentecostal Church in Mulberry, FL. She will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter and friend to all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband Ralph, daughter Nicole, sons Robert (Tatum) and Alan (Katie), grandchildren Triston (Ashley) and Cree and great-grandchild Reagan. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Cochran and stepfather, Robert Watson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17th at 2pm at First United Pentecostal Church at, 303 NW 9th Avenue in Mulberry, FL. Flowers can be sent to the church at this address. Should you wish to donate to the church in lieu of flowers, please mail to, P.O. Box 926 Bartow, FL 33831.
