Rita Mae Fletcher

Rita Mae Fletcher, 79, was called home to be with the Lord, Our Savior, on November 29, 2018. She was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on February 7, 1939.

She was a beloved wife, cherished mother, and doting grandmother and great- grandmother. Rita was a faithful, dedicated wife to Richard for 55 years. She spent her life nurturing her children and grandchildren. She was an avid reader with a love for mysteries, and wrote stories for her grandchildren. She also loved to tend her flower garden and grow violets.

She is survived by her four children, Kathi Taylor (Bob), Tammy Pautz (Dale), Bobbie Crosby (Steve) and Teresa Bowen and her sister Charlotte Nixon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Lakeland Funeral Home on Monday, December 3, 2018. Visitation will be from 1:30-2:30, service will begin at 2:30.
