Reba M. Young- Gleason

Reba M. Young-Gleason, 78, of Lakeland, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023. She was born in Homerville, GA on July 21, 1944 to the late Rev. J.G. and Julia Mae Williams.

Reba worked for Watson Clinic as an LPN for many years. In her spare time, she loved to cook. She would make sweet treats, like chocolate covered peanuts and hand deliver them wherever she would go. Reba enjoyed spending time with, and taking care of her family.

She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Rayborn Williams.

Reba is survived by her partner of over 20 years, Bill Gleason; son, Charles Gregory Creel; grandchildren, Cody Creel, Deborah (Trent) Coleman, Triston Creel, and Gage Creel; great-grandchild Addaley Coleman, with one on the way; sisters Jeanette (Bob) Cary and Esther (Dudley) Rayborn; brother, Rodney (Doris) Williams and Gary (Sharon) Williams; grand dog, Brownie.

Services will be held at Lakeland Funeral Home on Friday, January 27, 2023.
Visitation from 1:00 - 2:00 PM, service at 2:00 PM.
