Winter Haven – Patsy Diane Cruser, 71, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017, at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Lakeland. Patsy was born February 17, 1946, in Lakeland Florida to Willie and Myrtle Smith and has resided in the Polk county area all of her life.
She is survived by her son, Charles Cruser; daughter, Patricia Moore and one grandchild, William.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at 11 a.m., at Lakeland Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Cross East.
