Patrick Neal Tullos

Patrick Neal Tullos, 61, of Lakeland, passed away
peacefully at home on Thursday July 22, 2021. He was
born in Richmond, TX on January 13, 1960, to Terry and
Anna Laura Tullos.

Pat attended Angelina College, Lufkin, TX and received
a Certificate in Criminal Justice. He worked for the Texas Department of Corrections as a Corrections Officer for many years. Later he was a Lineman for Ponderosa
Construction of Texas and restored power to homes after
hurricanes and storms. Pat enjoyed watching the Big Bang Theory TV show, his favorite movie was Catch 22, and his favorite song was “Girl with Far Away Eyes” by The Rolling Stones; their only country music song. He was obsessed with watching politics everyday on television. Pat also enjoyed watching sports, his favorite teams were the Houston Texans, Houston Astros, NASCAR drivers Bobby Labonte and Kyle Busch and most recently, he discovered hockey and the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Pat was a man of his word, right to the end. He had
made a very important promise to his wife that he would
not die while Donald Trump was President.

Pat is preceded in death by his parents Terry and Anna
Laura Tullos; sister Kelly Haggard. He is survived by his wife Amy Burgess of Lakeland, FL; daughters, April Page and her husband Chris Page of Fort Worth, TX, Summer Smith and her husband Tyler Smith of Poolville, TX, Autumn LeBouef and her husband Caleb LeBouef of Lumberton, TX; step- children, Shawn Kerrigan of New Port Richey, FL, Robert Kerrigan of Lakeland, FL, Erin Kerrigan of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Aiden and Collin Page, Kaitlyn and Nathan Adamson, Tyler (Tuff) Smith, Charlotte LeBouef; and his faithful canine companion Charlie.

Services will be held at a later date.
