Patricia A. Lewis

Mrs. Patricia Ann Lewis (née Megivern) died peacefully on February 14, 2021 in Lakeland, FL.

Patricia was born on August 5 in Vineland, NJ to John and Shirley Megivern. She graduated from Broome College as a Radiological Technician, St. Joseph’s College with her Bachelor of Science Degree, and University of South Florida with a Masters in Technical Education. Pat met her husband, Terry, in New York and they married in 1971. They lived in Miami, Florida and welcomed their daughter, Michelle. The family of three, moved to Johnson City, New York and their second daughter, Andrea was born. Pat and Terry and their two girls moved to Lakeland, Florida. There, they welcomed their daughter Marisa and their son, Patrick. Pat and Terry have 15 grandchildren. Pat valued her family and every moment they spent together.

Pat was a dedicated volunteer for Pied Piper Players (Lakeland Community Theater). She also was an active member of Resurrection Catholic Church choir and was involved in many church activities. Pat gave both her time and treasure to those around her.

Pat is survived by her husband, Terry, children and grandchildren: Michelle and H Trimble, Nico, Georgia, Sanibel; Andrea Wiggins, Jordan, Elizabeth, Jacob, Olivia, Amelia; Marisa and Ben Boehm, Lizzy, Benjamin, Rebecca, Sammy, Gregory; Patrick and Angellee, John Fox, Zoe. She is also survived by 6 siblings: Lou, David, Tim, Mike, Mary, Brian.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Shirley and her siblings, Johnny, Danny and Steve.

A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:30 AM on March 4th, 2021 at Resurrection Catholic Church in Lakeland, FL. Interment of ashes will immediately follow at Lakeland Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. All are welcome to attend.
