NANCY M WITHERS

Nancy Murfay Withers, 80, passed away to be with her Lord on March
21, 2023 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was the beloved
wife of Robert R. (Bob) Withers. They shared over 30 years of love and
marriage together.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of Raymond W. Murfay
and Ruth A. Schwenn. Her family moved to Lakeland when she was 12.
She attended Lakeland High School. She was retired after working at
Juice Bowl/Tropicana and the City of Lakeland.
She loved training dogs and enjoyed teaching dog obedience classes.
She will be remembered for her kindness and love of family.
She is survived by spouse Robert R. (Bob) Withers, children Rex A. “Tex”
Baxter (Lisa), Robin A. Haddock (Tracy), Glenwood L. “Skip” Haddock
(Jane), Sean W. Haddock (Danielle), Shannon Withers, Kerry “Kate”
Withers, Meghan Withers, and Robert A. “Bob” Withers, Jr.,
grandchildren, Holly, Gabrielle “Gabby”, Jared, Caleb, Morgan,
Cameron, Gavin, Gabrielle “Brie”, John, Jordan, Ashlinn and Rocket,
great grandchildren Addisyn “Addy”, Corrina, Bella and Cadence, and
her beloved dogs, Pistol, CJ and Rico. She was predeceased by her
parents, her brother, Robert S. “Bob” Murfay, and her granddaughter,
Kayla.

The celebration of life will held on Sunday, March 26th at 3 pm at Lake
Gibson Church, 6868 Socrum Loop Road, Lakeland Florida. The family
will be receiving friends and loved ones at the home after the
celebration. If you wish to send flowers, please send them to the home
and they will be included in the church celebration. If you would like to
