"Martha Alice Russ (Marti) passed away on Monday, January 6th, 2020 from complications due to aggressive, enlarged lymphoma. She was adored and beloved by all her knew her and is survived by her son, Anthony Nicolo and grandchildren: Alexandra Nicolo, Anthony Nicolo, III and Ciara VandeLinde.
Marti worked for Watson Clinic, LLP for over twenty years. She was an avid oil painter and sketch artist using pencil and charcoals. She loved gardening and animals - our cat, Sylvester, our Dachshund, Fritz and her granddaughter's hamsters.
Marti was a devoted Christian and attended First Baptist Church of Bartow. She so very enjoyed spending time with her fellow church members - especially her classmates from Sumerlin Institute, Class of 1965!
Rest in peace, Mom - we all love and miss you, so much."
