Marlin Robert Sheffield

Highland City – Marlin (Kidder) Robert Sheffield, 88, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Marlin was born July 10, 1932, in Colquitt, GA to Robert and Pearl Sheffield. His family moved to Highland City when he was 18 months old and he resided there most of his life.

He was predecease by his wife Elizabeth Carlton Sheffield, son Henry Sheffield (Joyce), sisters Juanette and Joyce, and brother Herbert.

He is survived by his son Lanny Sheffield (Laura), brothers Joseph Dale Sheffield and Lonnie Sheffield. He had four grandchildren: Christopher, Jennifer, Kelsey and Michael, and three great grandchildren: Audriana, Zachary and Bella.

Visitation will begin a 10 a.m., followed by a chapel service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at Lakeland Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
