Kerry Dale Allore

Kerry Dale Allore, 71, of Port St Lucie, died July 22, 2021, surrounded by family and friends. Kerry was born on November 7, 1949 in Caro, Michigan to Rodney Dean Allore and Marjory Jane (Beyette) Allore.

Kerry moved to Lakeland, Florida with his parents and worked at Dean’s Sport Shop which was owned by his father. After graduating from Lakeland High School in 1967, Kerry enlisted in the Navy where he served for 4 1/2 years. After his discharge from the Navy, Kerry enjoyed working retail management and sales. He fell in love and married R’Lynn, his wife of 33 years, after reconnecting at a high school reunion. Kerry loved his cat, Angel Baby. His hobbies included collecting baseball memorabilia and crafts. Kerry enjoyed golfing, organizing family reunions, attending rock and roll concerts, and traveling with his wife. He absolutely loved spending time with neighbor Randy and his wife Abbey. Kerry spent many years competitively bowling as a young man. He was an avid sports fan particularly of baseball, golf, and football. Playing fantasy football was a passion!


He is preceded in death by his parents, Rodney Dean and Marjory Allore.


Kerry is survived by his wife, R’Lynn (Whitney) Allore; his brother Ron Allore in Lakeland, FL; sister Corinne Vlasin (Scott) in St Augustine, Fl; brother Tim Allore (Leslie) in Lakeland, Fl; sister Gwyn Roy (Breze) in Lakeland, Fl; sister Debi Muller (Richie) in West Palm, Fl; brother-in-law Robert Whitney (Mary Ann); 9 nephews and nieces; 9 great nephews and nieces.


Family and friends will be received at Lakeland Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on July 28th at 10:00 am with services to follow at 11:00am.
