Kathryn L Henson

Kathryn L. Henson, 73, passed away on May 24, 2023 at her residence in Spring Hill, FL. She was the widow of John A. Henson II. They shared 48 years of marriage together.

Kathryn dedicated her life to public service in the cities of Lakeland, Mulberry, and Auburndale. She enjoyed knitting and dancing. She will be remembered for kindness, thoughtfulness, and empathy.

Kathryn is survived by her loving sons George (Shawn) and David (Suzann), her beloved grandchildren Kristen, Tajia and Andrew, and three great grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held on July 15, 2023 at noon at Lakeland Funeral Home, 2125 South Bartow Hwy, Lakeland, FL 33801.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
