Jerry W. Blevins Jr.

Jerry Walker Blevins Jr. was born on February 13, 1984 in Fontana, California. He was the son of Jerry Walker Blevins Sr. and Autumn Hagan. (Joy)

Jerry entered into his eternal life on Sunday September 12 2021 in Lakeland Regional Hospital after his fight with COVID-19.

Jerry had a passion for streaming, spending time with his wife and daughters along with his family and friends. Jerry was always outgoing and funny to be around. Everyone that he ever meet loved him.

Jerry was welcomed home by his father Jerry Walker Blevins Sr.; his grandpa Jerry Blevins; and an Aunt Stephanie Blevins.

He is survived by his wife Tabatha Blevins, his two daughters Hailey Blevins and Abigail Blevins. His mother Autumn Hagan (Joy). Four Sibling's, Christopher Michael Scott Blevins (Somerset, KY), Sasha Nicole Wilson (Irvine, CA), Brittany Marie Blevins (Richmond, KY) Samantha Rachel-Marie Tigue (Williamsburg, KY). Two nieces Anna Blevins and Mariana Blevins, Two nephews Caleb Wilson and Giovanni Tigue. His Grandmother Mildred Blevins. Along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family is asking instead of sending flowers please donate to the go fund me account that his sister Sasha has set up, or reach out to family to make donations to help get his wife get on her feet and able to support his two daughters during this rough time.
