Janetta F Gum

Janetta F. Carter Gum, 92, of Lakeland passed away June 3, 2017. She was born in Tallula, IL to parents Troy and Letha Carter on October 17, 1924.

Janetta is preceded in death by her husband Merle; her parents; 1 sister and 3 brothers. Left to treasure her memory is her beloved friend and caretaker Peggy Royals and her son Paul (Kerry) Royals; sister-in-law Jean Carter; niece-in-law Tonna Carter; nieces Marsha and Beth; as well as many other extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, June 8, 2017 in the Lakeland Memorial Gardens, at the mausoleum.
