JAMES ALOYSIUS SARVIS

James Aloysius Sarvis, Jr., 80, of Lakeland, passed away on November 27, 2022, at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, FL. He was the husband of Nilda L. (Quinones) Sarvis. They shared 54 years of marriage together.

Born in Bronx NY, he was the son of James Aloysius Sarvis and Edna (Auborn) Sarvis. James proudly served in the U.S. Army and retired from ADT Security Services and Diebold Nixdorf Inc.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nilda Sarvis; his daughters, Kimberly Pagan, Stacy Noblecilla, and Angelica Casanova; his grandchildren, Stephanie Nolen, James Pagan, Kailey Pagan, Christian Casanova, Caleb Casanova, Aiden Noblecilla and Emma Noblecilla; his great granddaughter, Charlotte “Charlie” Nolen. He was predeceased by his son, James Aloysius Sarvis, III.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens from 12:00 - 2:00 pm, with interment at Oak Hill Burial Park at a later date.
