Harry S. Russell

Samuel “Harry” Russell, 93, went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 6, 2021, at Lakeland Good Shepherd Hospice House, surrounded by his loving family. Harry was born January 10, 1928, in Rock Harbor, FL, to Harold and Marie Russell. He has resided in Lakeland since 1990. Harry was a retired United Methodist minister who served in various Florida congregations for 40 years and continued to minister to others long after retirement. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 67 years, Margaret. He is survived by his twin brother, Henry Russell; his daughters Christine Cloyd (Dan) and Denise Keller (Jim); son Dennis Russell; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be on Monday, December 13, 2021, 1PM at First United Methodist Church, 72 Lake Morton Dr., Lakeland, FL 33801 with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 2PM.
