Christopher Earl Wilson

Christopher Earl Wilson, 51, of Lakeland, went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2021. He was born in Gainesville, FL on April 28, 1970.

Chris was a dedicated member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He was involved with the children/teen ministry, vacation bible school, camp, and enjoyed going on missions trips to help missionaries. Chris loved singing, woodworking, going camping and fishing, and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Christine Wilson.
Chris is survived by his loving wife Sandy Wilson; children Dakota Wilson, Christian (Alana) Wilson, Caleb Wilson, Michelle Wilson; parents, Johnny and Shirley Wilson; grandsons, Clayton and Elliot Wilson; brothers, Randy (Rhonda) Smith, Dwayne (Christy) Wilson; sisters, Dani (Mark) Beyer, Dee Dee Wilson-Wells, Dawn Wilson.

Services will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6725 Green Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810, on Saturday September 11, 2021. Visitation from 10 AM – 11 AM, service at 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church for Missions in Chris’ memory.
