Chad Michael Hughes

Chad was born on January 10, 1989 in Lakeland, Florida. He was employed by Vivint Home Security Systems.

Chad is survived by his 3 minor children; Landon Perry of Lakeland, Fl, Ella Hughes of Lakeland, Fl., and Belle Hughes of Lakeland, Fl, his fiancee Sandi Johnson of Lakeland ,Fl. Mother Dawn Leiva, Step-mom Wendy Hughes. Fathers Mario Leiva and Hoyt Hughes; Sister, Lauren Chambless, Brothers Dustin Hughes, and Camerin Leiva, Colton Hughes and Hunter Hughes ,Bill Hardy, Dwreck Arnett. Brother-in-laws Brandon Chambless and Steven Hughes. Grandmothers; Patricia Mason, Edmee Smith, Lanette Muehler, and Jennie Stringfellow, Grandfathers (preceeded in death George Muehler), George Mason, Bobby Stringfellow... Uncles Scott Mason, Troy Mason, Randall Hughes, Aunts Melanie Moss, Kristi Mason, Debbie Hughes, followed by several cousins and nephews.

Chad was also surrounded by a many friends that loved him a great deal. He loved his work family at Vivint especially Greg Adkins who was by his side all the time. He was kind, loving, generous and the type of son any mother would have been proud to have. It is so hard to know I cannot see that beautiful face of yours now and I will truly miss your smile, your jokes, your hugs, and dancing with you in the kitchen.

Viewing will be from 4-6pm for family and 6-8pm for friends at Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, on Monday, February 10, 2020.

Celebration of life for Chad will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2020, from 6-9:30pm at Dukes Brewhouse at 4960 S.Fla.Ave Lakeland.
