Beverly L Adkins

Beverly L. Adkins, 81, of Auburndale, passed away on Monday June 7, 2021. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on December 19, 1939, and graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School, class of 1957.

Beverly and family relocated to Holland, Michigan in 1982. She was employed at National City Bank and retired as mortgage loan officer from National City in January 2000. Beverly and her husband Jim subsequently moved to Florida. They spent winters in Auburndale and summers in Holland before moving to Auburndale full time in 2009.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents Cletus W. Neat and La Verne E. Neat; sons Michael L. Adkins, Gregory S. Adkins, and Jeffrey R. Adkins; sister Barbara A. Bovie.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, James K. Adkins; daughters Mona K. Stone and Jeanette S. Adkins.

Beverly will be remembered by her family as a kind, devoted, tender, loving wife and mother. Her friends will remember her as a generous, thoughtful, caring, and loving person.
