Betty Carter Roberts, 82, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away at 12:30am, Thursday, June 25, 2020.
Born Betty Louise Carter, July 22, 1937 in River junction Florida, she was the daughter of the late John Barry Carter Sr and Alice Thornhill Carter.
She was preceded in death by her husband John LaVerne Roberts Sr.; Sister, Barbara Ann Carter; Brothers, Albert Carter, Lucius Carter.
She is survived by her son's Richard (Ricky) Roberts, John L. Roberts and David A. Roberts. Grandson Terrence M. Roberts and his wife Laura; one brother John Carter, Jr.
The visitation is from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday June 27th, 2020. The service will follow at 11 a.m. at Lakeland funeral Home and memorial gardens in Lakeland, Florida.
