Betty C. Marshall

Lakeland – Beloved and loving wife, mom, granny, aunt, and devoted friend, Betty Cobb Marshall, 89, went home to heaven on Monday, October 8, 2018, from Lakeland Regional Health. Betty was born in South Georgia on January 29, 1929, to Earlish and Maggie Cobb, and resided in Lakeland most of her life.

Betty is survived by her husband, James T. “J. T.” Marshall, Sr.; son, James T. “Ted” Marshall, Jr.; sister, Barbara “Toby” Brooks; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren and six great great
grandchildren; as well as three nephews and three nieces. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Madonna “Donna” Sheffield.

A memorial service in her honor will be held at Highland Park Church of the Nazarene, 4777 Lakeland Highlands Rd, Lakeland, FL 33813, at 12 noon, on Saturday, October 13, 2018.
