Lakeland- Teresita Banaria Fiesta "Tess", 80, passed away on January 2, 2018, at Lakeland Regional Health from an aggressive hemorrhage of the brain.
She was born on February 23, 1937, in Pangasinan, Philippines to Epifano Banaria and Martina Omipig Banaria. Graduated from Nursing to BSN at Far Eastern University where she met and married her husband Manuel M. Fiesta and have built together 51 years of marriage to whom she is survived by. She became a long standing member of the Lakeland Community in 1972. She worked as the office manager/ receptionist/relief nurse for her husband’s private practice spanning 31 years in the OB/GYN field.
She is also survived by her sons, Jordan, Manuel Jr., and Jason. Her daughter-in-law’s, Dolly, Summer, and Katrina respectively. Her grandchildren, Fredrick, Reyna, Jaimey, Lindsey, Langston, and Nicholas and her great-grandchild, Alexiah.
A Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lakeland at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, January 5, 2018.
