Lakeland – Leonard D. Havens, Jr., 88, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Highlands Lake Center. Leonard was born February 3, 1929, in Ithaca, NY, to Leonard and Louella Havens and has resided in Lakeland since 1973. He was retired from the residential and commercial construction industry and was also a Veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the United States Army.
He is survived by his daughters, Gayle Raulerson and Cathy Heleski (Dan); sister, Lois VanMarum; brother, Ralph Havens; grandchildren, Mitchell, Jolie and Erin and one great grandchild, Annabelle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Havens and son-in-law, Ken Raulerson.
Funeral service will be held privately.
The family would like to thank the staff of Highlands Lake Center for the compassionate care they bestowed upon our loved one Leonard.
