Charles A. Edwards

Charles A. Edwards, 58, of Lakeland, passed away on April 5, 2024. He was born in Lakeland, FL on November 25, 1965, to the late Charles and Sandra Edwards.

Charles worked for Polk County Fire Department for 8 years before joining the Lakeland Police Department. He worked LPD for 12 years. For the last 14 years, Charles has been working as a blender for Coca-Cola. Charles was an avid hunter and enjoyed the outdoors.

He is survived by his beloved Tina Allen; son, Jesse Edwards; sister, Angel Hoenicke; brothers, Alan (Cheryl) Edwards and Steven Edwards; grandchildren, Kayden and Kaley; nieces and nephews, Amanda, A.J., and Stephanie; great niece and nephew, Nettie and Paul.

Services will be held at Oak Hill Burial Park on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 2 PM.
