Carolyn Ann Davis

Mulberry – Carolyn Ann Davis, 72, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2017, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Carolyn was born September 4, 1945 in Sheffield, Alabama to James and Ruby Hayes.

She got married at the age of 16 to Kenneth Jack Davis for 21 years and later divorced in 1982.

She was a co-owner of Old Fashioned Copper Kettle Fudge with Davis Concession for 45 years.

She loved the beauty of nature, spending her time in the woods, going fishing and gardening.

She is preceded in death by her brothers, Beanie Hayes, Charles Hayes and Tommy D. Hayes. She is survived by her former husband, Kenneth Jack Davis, sons, Rickie Davis, Larry (Trisha) Davis and Lanny Davis; daughter, Peggy (Lonnie) Hall; sister, Robbie (Braxton) Mason; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens.
