CHARLES ROBERT FORD

Charles Robert Ford, 69,  passed away on April, 6 at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center.  He was the husband of Lori.  They shared 46 years of marriage together.

Born in Lakeland, Fl. He was the son of Robert and Leah Ford. He graduated from Lakeland High School  and Polk Community College with an Associates Degree in Computer Science

He enjoyed fishing and gardening. He will be remembered for his willingness to help others when the occasion arose.  He was also loved for his great sense of humor. He loved all of the dogs we rescued. He was also a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

Charles is survived by his spouse Lori Delong Ford, sons Mike Ford of Lakeland and Matt Ford of Lakeland, grandson Maddox Ford of Napoleon, OH. He also leaves behind 3 sisters Lea Ellen Christy of California, Betsy Mc Manus of Florida and Carol Snyder of Pennsylvania.  He also leaves behind his 2 furry kids, Cindy and Bowie.

The viewing will be at Lakeland Memorial Gardens on Friday, April 19th from 1pm - 2pm with the graveside service at 2pm.
