Betty Louise Beard

Lakeland – Betty Louise Beard, 90, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017, at her residence with her family by her side. Betty was born on December 10, 1926, in Plainville, Indiana to Alvin and Nettie Killion and has resided in Lakeland since 1959. She was a retired registered nurse.

She is survived by her husband, Dean Beard; sons, Michael, Larry and Scott Beard; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., at Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 11 a.m., at Lakeland Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens.
